Anchoring brackets offer a discreet method of securing furniture placed in high traffic or public access areas. Affix 2-1/4 in. tall powder-coated steel anchoring brackets or 3 in. tall brass anchoring brackets on grade to existing concrete surfaces or footers. On-grade brackets should not be attached directly to brick or pavers. Specify 6 in. tall anchoring brackets, available in powder-coated steel only, to conceal the base of the bracket below grade or under pavers when new construction allows. Planters and trash receptacles should be anchored with two on-grade brackets affixed to interior of middle bottom rail on two opposite sides. Chairs and benches require two to four anchoring brackets. Vandal-resistant fastenings include 3 stainless steel screws and a concrete lag shield. All necessary hardware is included. Anchoring brackets are sold individually.

Except where noted otherwise, Country Casual Furniture is shipped flat-packed. See assembly details. Items ordered together may not ship together.

STANDARD GROUND PACKAGE: Items are shipped via UPS or FedEx to your door whenever possible.

MOTOR FREIGHT: Larger items are shipped motor freight. Deliveries are daytime hours, M-F, and require an adult signature. Please inspect all cartons upon delivery. Note any damages or shortages on the carrier's receipt; please specify if cartons are crushed, ripped or open. Contact us within 7 days should you discover any damages or shortages. Additional shipping & handling charges for certain items appear in parentheses following the price. For shipments outside the contiguous U.S., surcharges apply. Expedite services are also available. WHITE GLOVE: White Glove shipments are delivered to your home. Items are unpacked, assembled, placed and packing materials are removed. Deliveries are weekdays within the contiguous U.S. Fees are based upon the destination of your order and service is available to most metropolitan areas. Local White Glove service is available in the Washington, DC - Baltimore corridor. Fees start at $79 and are based upon your zip code. National White Glove services are also available for customers outside our local delivery area. Typical fees start at 15% with a minimum charge of $345. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction with our products is of utmost importance to us. We warrant to the original purchaser that our furniture and all its parts and components are free of material and workmanship defects for three years from the date of purchase; brass plaques, fabric, and furniture covers, one year. This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper assembly, alteration, abuse, accident, misuse, tampering, normal wear, or weather related damage. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve it for you.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item for exchange or refund within 30 days from date of purchase. Please call for a return authorization number (returns cannot be accepted without this number). Upon return, pending inspection, refunds (less shipping costs) will be issued for merchandise received in “as new” condition. It is the owner’s responsibility to properly repackage and secure the merchandise to ensure safe return. Cushions and pillows may only be returned in their original, unopened wrapping. A 15% fee will be charged on order cancellations or returns of all cushions. Custom orders are not returnable. Treated furniture cannot be returned without prior authorization.
