Preserve or Refurbish Golden Color

Our Golden Sealer is a unique water-based blend of UV protectants, mildew inhibitors and pigments that will preserve the color of new teak so it does not weather to gray. An initial two-coat application and a single re-coat of the Sealer on dry furniture at yearly intervals will preserve the new-teak color (some climates may require more frequent applications). For new teak, choose 1 Liter for two coats on either two benches, four armchairs, two side tables or one small dining table; choose 3 Liters for larger jobs. There is no need to clean new teak prior to applying the Golden Sealer. To refurbish weathered teak, first clean furniture with Teak Cleaner and then apply Golden Sealer. Weathered teak will require more Golden Sealer than new teak. With an indefinite shelf life, leftover Golden Sealer can be used for future applications.

Except where noted otherwise, Country Casual Furniture is shipped flat-packed. See assembly details. Items ordered together may not ship together.

STANDARD GROUND PACKAGE: Items are shipped via UPS or FedEx to your door whenever possible.

MOTOR FREIGHT: Larger items are shipped motor freight. Deliveries are daytime hours, M-F, and require an adult signature. Please inspect all cartons upon delivery. Note any damages or shortages on the carrier's receipt; please specify if cartons are crushed, ripped or open. Contact us within 7 days should you discover any damages or shortages. Additional shipping & handling charges for certain items appear in parentheses following the price. For shipments outside the contiguous U.S., surcharges apply. Expedite services are also available. WHITE GLOVE: White Glove shipments are delivered to your home. Items are unpacked, assembled, placed and packing materials are removed. Deliveries are weekdays within the contiguous U.S. Fees are based upon the destination of your order and service is available to most metropolitan areas. Local White Glove service is available in the Washington, DC - Baltimore corridor. Fees start at $79 and are based upon your zip code. National White Glove services are also available for customers outside our local delivery area. Typical fees start at 15% with a minimum charge of $345. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction with our products is of utmost importance to us. We warrant to the original purchaser that our furniture and all its parts and components are free of material and workmanship defects for three years from the date of purchase; brass plaques, fabric, and furniture covers, one year. This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper assembly, alteration, abuse, accident, misuse, tampering, normal wear, or weather related damage. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve it for you.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item for exchange or refund within 30 days from date of purchase. Please call for a return authorization number (returns cannot be accepted without this number). Upon return, pending inspection, refunds (less shipping costs) will be issued for merchandise received in “as new” condition. It is the owner’s responsibility to properly repackage and secure the merchandise to ensure safe return. Cushions and pillows may only be returned in their original, unopened wrapping. A 15% fee will be charged on order cancellations or returns of all cushions. Custom orders are not returnable. Treated furniture cannot be returned without prior authorization.
