Eucalyptus Umbrellas Country Casual commercial-grade umbrellas are constructed of ecologically farmed eucalyptus - a durable hardwood that performs beautifully outdoors in any climate. Sturdy one-piece poles support the eucalyptus canopy frame and hubs. All fittings are marine-grade brass. Each umbrella includes a nylon rope and pulley system to ease opening and closing. Umbrella canopies are made of solution-dyed acrylic fabrics woven for outdoor use. These highly breathable, weather-resistant fabrics resist damage from sunlight, mildew and chlorine. STANDARD GROUND PACKAGE: Items are shipped via UPS or FedEx to your door whenever possible. MOTOR FREIGHT: Larger items are shipped motor freight. Deliveries are daytime hours, M-F, and require an adult signature. Please inspect all cartons upon delivery. Note any damages or shortages on the carrier's receipt; please specify if cartons are crushed, ripped or open. Contact us within 7 days should you discover any damages or shortages. Additional shipping & handling charges for certain items appear in parentheses following the price. For shipments outside the contiguous U.S., surcharges apply. Expedite services are also available. Local White Glove service is available in the Washington, DC - Baltimore corridor. Fees start at $79 and are based upon your zip code. National White Glove services are also available for customers outside our local delivery area. Typical Fees start at 15% with a minimum charge of $365. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Your satisfaction with our products is of utmost importance to us. We warrant to the original purchaser that our furniture and all its parts and components are free of material and workmanship defects for three years from the date of purchase; brass plaques, fabric, and furniture covers, one year. This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper assembly, alteration, abuse, accident, misuse, tampering, normal wear, or weather related damage. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve it for you. RETURNS If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item for exchange or refund within 30 days from date of purchase. Please call for a return authorization number (returns cannot be accepted without this number). Upon return, pending inspection, refunds (less shipping costs) will be issued for merchandise received in “as new” condition. It is the owner’s responsibility to properly repackage and secure the merchandise to ensure safe return. Cushions and pillows may only be returned in their original, unopened wrapping.
