Preserve or Refurbish Golden Color

Our Golden Sealer is a unique water-based blend of UV protectants, mildew inhibitors and pigments that will preserve the color of new teak so it does not weather to grey. An initial two-coat application and a single recoat of the Sealer on dry furniture at yearly intervals will preserve the new-teak color (some climates may require more frequent applications). For new teak, choose 1 Liter for two coats on either two benches, four armchairs, two side tables or one small dining table; choose 3 Liters for larger jobs. There is no need to clean new teak prior to applying the Golden Sealer. To refurbish weathered teak, first clean furniture with Teak Cleaner and then apply Golden Sealer. Weathered teak will require more Golden Sealer than new teak. With an indefinite shelf life, leftover Golden Sealer can be used for future applications.
