Shipping Information

White Glove furniture is delivered by a two-person team who will unwrap the assembled items and place them on a patio or 2nd floor location (access permitting). All the packaging will be removed if requested. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday during business hours. Orders arrive in 2-5 weeks or sooner. Larger orders or orders with care application will be at the higher end of that range.

Assembled furniture is delivered by a trucking company to front door or garage where possible. Furniture must be unboxed and placed in its final location by the client. Some pieces may require minimal assembly. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday during business hours. Orders arrive in 2-5 weeks or sooner. Larger orders or orders with care application will be at the higher end of that range.

Standard delivery is shipped flat-packed and sub-assembled unless otherwise noted. In-stock items ship from Maryland and usually arrive within 2-7 business days. Care application will add extra time.

Important Delivery Details

• Deliveries are to residential addresses only, unless otherwise requested.
• The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
• Apartments, row houses or townhouses will receive curbside delivery, as carriers are unable to climb stairs, enter homes.

Furniture is in a flat box in sub-assembled components except where noted. For example, a bench box includes seat, arm, and back sections, and a front rail. Country Casual Teak furniture is constructed with traditional mortise and tenon joinery and pegged with wooden dowels. All necessary hardware to assemble and instructions are provided. A bench is easy to assemble with a mallet and screwdriver in less than an hour.

Canadian customers can check out on our website. The associated shipping costs will be displayed during the purchase process. Canadian customers will be responsible for brokerage and all associated taxes, duties, and fees. The shipping available for online purchases is standard shipping. Order pickup is available Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm. Saturday pickups need to be scheduled with us in advance.
