Country Casual maintains an extensive inventory; all in-stock orders are shipped from our Maryland warehouse in 3–6 business days of payment. You can expect to wait an additional 2 weeks for engravings, brass plaques, and custom-packed trellis. Although every effort is made to keep all items in stock, occasionally items will be back-ordered – we will notify you of any shipping delays over two weeks.
Shipping Methods
Items are shipped via UPS or FedEx to your door whenever possible. Larger items are shipped motor freight (which may include a tractor trailer or straight truck); deliveries are curb-side. Deliveries are daytime hours, M–F and require a signature.
Upgraded delivery services are available. Please notify us if you require special accommodations for extra long driveways, limited spaces or urban dwellings as carriers may not be able to deliver to your door. Please contact us if you require expedite services or to ship outside the 48 contiguous states.
Upon Delivery
Inspect all cartons upon delivery. Note any damages or shortages on the carrier’s receipt; please specify if cartons are crushed, ripped or open. Contact us immediately should you discover any damages or shortages. Open and inspect merchandise promptly; freight damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Assembly
Your furniture will arrive in a flat box in sub-assembled form except where noted otherwise. For example, a bench will include seat, arm, and back sections, and a front rail (see below). Country Casual furniture is constructed with traditional mortise and tenon joinery and pegged with wooden dowels where possible. All necessary hardware and instructions are provided. Benches are easily assembled with a mallet and screwdriver in less than an hour.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove delivery is only available at this time for customers within the continental U.S. Items are fully assembled, delivered by truck to your home, unpacked, and placed with all packing materials removed. White Glove service is subject to additional fees over the standard delivery charges. Delivery is available only on weekdays. For pricing and to schedule delivery, call 800-289-8325 for a quote.
