Payment Methods

Country Casual accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, GSA SmartPay, checks, or money orders for payment. Credit card orders are charged when your order is processed and ready to ship. Orders for custom merchandise, including engraving, are charged at the time of order and are non-refundable. Trellis is charged at time of packing, which is often one week ahead of shipment.

Commercial and institutional orders must be confirmed in writing on business letterhead or via purchase order. College, university, or government purchase order terms are net 30.

Tax
Orders delivered within the state of Maryland are subject to 6% MD sales tax.
