Warranty and Return Policy                                            

Your satisfaction with Country Casual products is most important to us.

Country Casual outdoor furniture products are constructed of the highest-grade materials built to exacting standards. We stand behind this quality and warrant to the original purchaser that our furniture and all its parts and components are free of material and workmanship defects for three years from date of purchase; fabrics and furniture covers, one year. This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper assembly, alteration, abuse, accident, misuse, tampering, normal wear, or weather related damage. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve it for you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Country Casual outdoor furniture, please return the item(s) for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please call for a return authorization number (returns cannot be accepted without this number). Upon return, pending inspection, refunds (less shipping costs) will be issued for merchandise received in "as new" condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly repackage and secure the merchandise to ensure safe return. Cushions and pillows may only be returned in their original, unopened wrapping. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on order cancellations or returns of all cushions and umbrellas.  Custom orders are not returnable. Treated furniture cannot be returned without prior authorization.
